Science is only a tool to handle reality

Scientists search “the truth”, but what can this “truth” possibly be. If it has no equally true competitors, then it is paradoxically contradictory, and if it has equally true competitors, then it is ambiguous. It is thus not “the truth” independently of whether it has equally true competitors or not. “The truth” is thus not “the truth” independently of whether it has competitors or not.

Belief in a scientific truth is thus vain. Such thing simply is not to be found. Hopefully, this fact can reduce science from the all-explaining throne it struggles to possess, into the handicraft of manipulating reality it actually is. Science is not something to believe in, but just a tool to handle reality. Sorry to say…
