What’s the present status of “the Higgs particle”?

What’s the present status of “the Higgs particle”? Have particle physicists created it or not? Have they indeed falsified the fact that time is relative to speed in space? Have they indeed falsified the fact that speed is the boundary of space?

If they have, then empirical facts are contradictory. Quantum mechanics rests on the notion that facts are ambiguous (until we check them), but if particle physicists indeed have found “the Higgs particle”, then facts are actually contradictory. Ie, according to quantum mechanics, a single particle MAY have opposite spins at the same time, but if particle physicists indeed have found “the Higgs particle”, then a single particle CAN have opposite spins at the same time. The difference between “may” and “can” may appear insignificant, but is actually insurmountable. The statement that I “may” jump to the moon doesn’t mean that I “can” jump to the moon. But, if particle physicists indeed have found “the Higgs particle”, then it does. Then, particle physicists  have actually surmounted the insurmountable, ie, bridged a definitional contradiction by an empirical finding. Then, they have thus proved that our distinctions are wrong, including their distinction of “the Higgs particle”, thereby also falsifying themselves empirically.

So, this question is of monumental importance: what’s the present status of “the Higgs particle”? Is it out there or just an invention of particle physicists?
